What do we do?

FlagIt is a small up and coming manufacturing company of a unique, innovative car flagholder known as “Flagit”, and proudly conceptualized by South Africans.  This car flagholder is like nothing the market has ever seen before, as it appeals to both the local and international market. We pride ourselves with a product that is safe, durable and easy to mount and dismount.

We are offering a product that can be used for a number of events such as campaigns, marketing, advertising and for supporting purposes.

Our History

The company was registered in 2005 as JPL Trading, trading as FlagIt. It is wholly owned by previously disadvantaged individuals and it is South African based. The idea came about as a result of observations we made that during matches and/or build up towards a match, supporters would show off the flags of their favourite clubs be it soccer and /or rugby by flying/hanging the flags on their vehicles in a clumsy way and in violation of traffic rules/ We saw this as a gap in the flag industry and saw a viable business opportunity. Sports in South Africa and other countries is more like a national religion. Sports fans are very enthusiastic and very showy. The build ups towards sporting events are a frenzied affair with most fans wanting to display their favourite team’s colours, flags.

Back then and still now, our mission was simple, to come up with a unique product that will meet the needs of sporting fans, a car flag holder that will display flags in the most elegant way without breaking the traffic rules and at the same time be eco-friendly.
