Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In its original condition
- In its original packaging

- We are unable to accept returns without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Process for Returns
To initiate a return, please:
- Contact us at 079 926 4753 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Carefully package the item(s) to be returned.
- Ship the item(s) back to us at 63 Bernadie Street, The Reeds. Centurion..
- Provide proof of purchase.
- Upon receipt of items they will be inspected for damage or wear
- Process replacement at customers’ shipping costs. You are therefore responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us
Refunds
There are no refunds.
Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Custom or personalized items
- Items damaged or worn due to customer use
